I'm an artist first, a hairstylist second and now an entrepreneur.  I built mood to suit the values of creativity and customer service that I've been practicing my whole adult life.  I like to challenge myself to work in bold and interesting ways while always thinking about longevity, wearability, durability and manageability.  These are to cornerstones of client value.  I like working most in colour and in texture control with keratin treatments.  My haircuts are constructed to look lived-in from day one and to grow out well until the next visit.

I'm a seasoned professional.  I've worked in my craft, here in Halifax, for over 3 decades.  I've seen styles come, and go, and come again.  My career has been fueled with inspiration by the countless courses I've taken, dozens of talented collegues I've worked with, and the leadership roles I've performed.  My years in the industry have shown me that hair is an integral part of our personal and social lives.  I have a very natural aesthetic and that finds it's way into my colouring, cutting and styling.  It's how you'll look and feel like your best self.
